J&S Carter was founded in 1953 by Eddie P. Carter, the father of J. Stephen Carter. Today, J&S Carter is proudly owned and operated by J. Stephen Carter and his wife Janet. Stephen is a veteran in the trucking industry with over forty years under his belt.We service the Carolinas with various material loads hauling with an operations radius of 150 miles from Greenwood County, SC. This allows our drivers to be home everyday with their families and no overnight driving required.
